TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE (General Terms and Conditions of Sale)

Tickets purchased online at visitisoleborromee.com are never refundable let alone transferable and are valid from March to October.
Reservations are not required, just show up at the site (Baveno Vb Pzza November 4) with your ticket (also in electronic format)
Departures and transfers are frequent and made daily.

Schedules
Tour 1 Borromean Island: only Isola Bella or Isola Pescatori departure between 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. (last return at 5:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.)
Tour 2 Borromean Islands: in the following order Isola Bella, Isola Pescatori departure between 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (last return at 5:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.)
Tour 3 Islands: in the following order Isola Madre, Isola Bella, Isola Pescatori departure between 9:30 a.m. and 11:10 a.m. (last return at 5:00 p.m./6:00 p.m.)

-The mother island is included only in the 3-island coupon.
-Palace and garden entrances not included.
-In case of bad weather, the service will not be provided.
-It is possible that a municipal landing fee of 50 cents per island may be charged on site.
-Cost per dog on board: €3.00 per tour.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
SUMMER BOATS CONSORZIO MOTOSCAFISTI provides to its Customers, by means of these general conditions of sale (General Conditions of Sale), an information about all aspects governing the purchase of products on the Site sold through telematic modes, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree. 6/9/2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”), as amended by Leg. 21/2/2014, n. 21, implementing European Directive 2011/83/EU, which, in turn, amended the previous European Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC, repealing European Directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC, and most recently, as amended by L. May 3, 2019, no. 37 and by L. April 12, 2019, no. 31.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale, constitute an integral and essential part of the Contract for the purchase of any Good made through the site visitisoleborromee.com as well as the placing of an Order by the Customer which implies its full acceptance. Therefore, at the time the Customer submits an order to purchase a Good through the Site, the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions and represents that he or she is legally bound to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
